 ur rates are the basic rates per day for the given periods and numbers of people. For each further person aged twelve years and over we charge € 20,- per day. For each further child between the ages of 4 and 11 years we charge € 10,- per day. There is no charge for additional children under the age of four years. Our rates include power, heating, table and bed linen, hand and bath towels (changed weekly).
There is a charge of € 45,- per apartment for the final cleaning of apartments nos. 1 - 10, and € 60,- each for Grubigstein, Daniel, Sonnenspitze and Zugspitze apartments. If required a daily cleaning, at the rate of € 8,- per person per day, is possible.
Visitors tax is levied at the rate of € 1,60 per person per day for everybody aged 16 years and over. There is a daily charge of € 10,- for animals, (advance notice required).
Ask for a package price including a skipass during the Snow Crystal Weeks (16 to 23 December 2011, the Super Ski Weeks (7 January to 4 February 2012) and during the Sun Ski Weeks (10 March to 14 April 2012).

Booking
terms and conditions
Reservation:
Please
note that after you made a booking, you will be asked to guarantee your
booking by payment of a deposit of 20% of the rental price into our
bank account within two weeks or by giving us your creditcard details
(number, expiry date and security code). A confirmation of receipt of
deposit will guarantee your booking. Payment of this deposit will indicate
acceptance of these booking conditions
Cancellation
terms: Please notice, that only written cancellations are accepted.
Up to one month prior to day of arrival check-in time, loss of deposit
paid per apartment. Between one month and day of arrival check-in time,
80% of total booking value will be charged. In case of an early check out or a delayed arrival 100% of total booking value will be charged. In order to save you any
expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out a trip
cancellation insurance.
Payment:
Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must
be made prior to departure from the apartment. Your invoice can be paid
in cash (Euros), with EC card (with PIN code) or with Mastercard or
VISA card.
